We recommend booking at least 6–8 weeks before your event to ensure availability, especially during peak wedding season (May–October). That said, reach out even if your date is soon — we do our best to accommodate last-minute requests!

Absolutely. We love a road trip. Travel within 50 km of Ottawa is included in all packages. Beyond that, we apply a small travel fee. Contact us with your venue details for a custom quote.

Every session comes with a private online gallery delivered within 48 hours. It contains full-resolution versions of every photo taken — ready to download and share.

Yes! All packages include a custom print template. We'll work with you before your event to create a strip design that matches your theme — colours, fonts, your names or event date, and more.

No stress. If you'd like us to stay longer, we offer flexible hourly extensions at a flat rate. Just let your attendant know on the day — we'll sort it out seamlessly.

We require a 30% deposit to hold your date. The balance is due one week before your event. Cancellations made more than 30 days out receive a full deposit refund; within 30 days, deposits are non-refundable but can be transferred to a new date.
